It seems that the negative reviews are from people who are irrationally furious because this set doesn't provide certain functions (like being microwaveable) that it never claimed it could. If they wanted microwaveable bowls, why didn't they buy them? This set has a lovely practical design, is fully functional for mixing and storing, and is completely satisfactory.Moreover, it looks good. The colors are crisp and bright. The plastic is of good quality. I'm glad to have a set in my kitchen, and recently bought another as a wedding present.
