I now have six of these and use them in my bakery for our deep-dish quiches. They hold up great in a commercial dishwasher, and a little pan spray is all it takes to pop a whole quiche out flawlessly each time - hot or cold. I previously purchased another brand's nonstick version, but the coating started to chip off pretty early. Not even worth going that route. These are great.
